Founder & CEO, GoldenCoast Foods
Harsha Rao is the CEO and founder of GoldenCoast Foods, a company established on the belief that untapped markets often harbor the greatest opportunities. With nearly a decade of experience in product development and data analytics, Harsha was most recently recruited as the inaugural Product Manager and Data Analytics Manager at a $100 million investor-funded oncology healthcare management services firm.
He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Design from UC San Diego’s Jacobs School of Engineering, equipping him with a robust foundation in systems thinking and data-driven decision-making.
While some may view entering the seafood distribution industry as a formidable challenge, Harsha and his advisory council identify clear inefficiencies and unmet needs that they are uniquely positioned to address. Through a combination of analytical rigor and visionary leadership, Harsha is transforming GoldenCoast Foods into a dynamic enterprise that redefines success in a traditionally overlooked sector.

Kiran Kumar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). As a seasoned Chartered Accountant in India with more than 25 years of experience, Kiran Kumar brings expertise in auditing, corporate law, direct tax, indirect tax, consultancy, litigation, and management consultancy to drive business growth and ensure regulatory compliance. His passion for finance and commitment to excellence has enabled him to deliver high-quality services to clients and stakeholders.
His accomplishments include improving financial performance through strategic planning and financial management, successfully leading audits and providing assurance services to clients, along with developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies.
General Counsel, GoldenCoast Foods
Brandon Kline serves as General Counsel for GoldenCoast Foods, bringing with him a distinguished career shaped by public service, academia, and high-level advisory roles. He teaches at UC Davis School of Law (King Hall) and holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. A Presidential Leadership Scholar selected by former U.S. Presidents, Brandon previously served as Special Assistant to the President of the University of California, where he advised on complex legal and regulatory matters.
